Tiredness can be awful. It can make a person miserable, lose interest in everything and can be dangerous if you are having to drive or concentrate hard on a task. There are a lot of things that can cause tiredness but often you may not know why.
Lack of sleep is the obvious one and if you have had a few late nights it may take more than one early night to get back in to your usual routine. Lack of iron in your diet can also make you very sleepy. You can become anaemic which is a result of low iron levels in your blood. Anaemia is one of the highest causes of tiredness and is often easily treated.
If you are feeling tired it is important to get plenty of rest but also to make sure that you have times when you are fully awake and getting some fresh air. Take to your GP before taking any supplements and try and make sure that you stay well hydrated.
